- Corrections. Include the page address and what you believe is wrong; if you have a source, send it too. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled. Corrections that check out are made promptly and the page's update date is refreshed.
- Suggestions. If there is a dream symbol, placement, plant or ritual you searched for and could not find here, tell us. Requests are the main way we decide what to write next.
- Privacy requests. For anything about personal data, write with "privacy" in the subject line. The privacy policy explains what little we hold.
- Business and press. Use the same address with a clear subject line.
Who you are writing to
The site is published by a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and run by its editorial team. Full legal entity details are available on request by email.
Response times and language
We answer in English. Corrections and privacy requests are handled first; general questions are answered as time allows, and we do not respond to bulk link requests or offers of paid placements — the editorial policy explains why.
What we cannot help with
We do not offer personal readings, interpret individual dreams or charts by email, or give medical, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
